Plank Enterprises Announces Dissolution of Badger Industrial Supply and Equipment

Eau Claire, WI –August 2019– Plank Enterprises, Inc., a holding company with four unique business units, LPI, Inc. – lift systems, LDPI, Inc. –industrial and hazardous lighting products, Pro-Cise – precision machining and fabrications and Badger Industrial – Industrial supply and equipment, recently announced that it would be dissolving and ending its business operations with Badger Industrial Supply and Equipment effective 11:59pm (CST) on August 15th, 2019.

LDPI is Growing! New Tech Center

Due to the growth of all of their subsidiaries, Plank Enterprises, Inc. has purchased another building and LDPI, Inc. will be moving to the new facility by year’s end, 2014. This 35,000 square foot facility with ample room for future growth potential is approximately 9 miles from home headquarters and will allow LDPI to assemble the new LED products in a controlled and conditioned space - very important in the semi-conductor (LED) field. This facility will house the LDPI lighting laboratory, showroom, all engineering, sales and customer service functions as well as all assembly functions. Raw manufacturing (metal preparation, welding, machining, and finishing will be accomplished at our Anderson Drive (headquarters) facility allowing the new facility to maintain extreme cleanliness. LDPI is very excited about the move and looks forward to “needing” to expand in the near future. www.ldpi-inc.com

Plank Enterprises recently launched an on-site workplace clinic in its building at 4404 Anderson Drive.
The company's gleaming new clinic is believed to be the first Chippewa Valley example of a growing national trend in which employers open their own health care centers where doctors and nurses provide medical care to employees right at the workplace.

Eau Claire, Wis. – A move to expanded headquarters has been announced by Plank Enterprises, the holding company for LDPI Lighting, a manufacturer of lighting products for industrial and commercial applications; LPI Lift Systems, a manufacturer of personnel lifts and aerial work platforms; Badger Industrial Supply & Equipment, an industrial distributor, and Pro-Cise Machine & Tool, designers and builders of precision manufacturing components.
