COMPUTER SYSTEMS ANALYST

Position Overview:

We are seeking an entry-level Computer Systems Analyst to join our team and support the implementation and use of our rules-based configurator software, Infor CPQ. The primary responsibility will be to assist in programming and maintaining Infor CPQ, as well as helping improve the efficiency of our computer systems and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience in systems analysis, software configuration, and ERP support in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with programming and configuring the Infor CPQ software to meet business needs.
Provide technical support to internal users, helping to resolve issues related to Infor CPQ and other business systems.
Collaborate with internal customers to identify problems and provide solutions related to software and system functionality.
Help improve and streamline business processes through system enhancements and support.
Assist with testing and validating system functionality, ensuring it meets business requirements.
Provide general support during ERP implementation projects, including testing and troubleshooting system issues.
Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
Help manage system updates and ensure applications are operating smoothly.

ERP Implementation Support:

Assist with the planning and execution of ERP system implementation.
Provide basic technical support to end-users, helping troubleshoot issues and offering solutions.
Support system testing and contribute to ensuring the system meets required functionality.

Customer Service:

Act as a point of contact for internal customers needing assistance with business systems.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues with software and systems.
Assist with system upgrades and help ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Project Support:

Participate in projects, assisting with tasks such as testing, documentation, and issue resolution.
Help track project progress and support project activities as directed by IT Manager.
Learn to generate test plans and assist in creating requirements based on business and technology needs.

Technical Support:

Monitor and communicate system status and assist with maintaining reports for the business.
Help ensure smooth integration of systems (API, batch, database) and accurate data flow.

Other:

Perform additional duties as needed and assigned by the team.
Develop new skills through on-the-job training and mentorship.

Education and Experience:

Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Office, ERP systems, SQL, and other business software is helpful.
Prior experience with Infor CPQ, ERP systems, or technical support is a plus, but not required.
A willingness to learn and grow within the role is essential.

What responsibilities will you have as a POWDER COATING TECHNICIAN?

Prepare, visually inspect, and clean parts for coating prior to the start of the painting process
Work with team to ensure that parts have been properly masked, taped, and plugged prior to the process
Load/Unload parts from track system
Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers and booth collection systems
Ensure proper line speed
Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects
Cure parts at appropriate temperatures within time limitations
Check product for flaws, bubbles or imperfections
Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment
Proper cleaning and maintenance of booth and equipment
Analysis and adjustment of wash system chemicals
Maintain proper inventory of paint and chemicals

Previous powder coating experience is desired but not required
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
Able to read blueprints or engineering drawings
